What began as a mission to help students access educational opportunity has evolved into a deeper commitment to developing future leaders, preserving Garifuna heritage, and creating pathways toward long term educational and personal success.

Today, as Belize continues expanding educational access through the Belize Education Upliftment Project (EUp), the Pablo Lambey Foundation is entering a new chapter focused on deepening long term student development, leadership, and generational impact.

While expanded access to education is an important step forward, we recognize that true success requires far more than access alone.

Students need mentorship. Students need preparation. Students need encouragement, accountability, cultural pride, and a strong support system capable of guiding them through every stage of their educational journey.
